As a key member of the Mosport site team, you will operate and maintain loaders, ensuring adherence to Lafarge’s standards.

Your role includes loading trucks with materials, maintaining equipment, and executing daily safety inspections. This position is vital for upholding operational excellence and a culture of safety while meeting production targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain loader equipment efficiently

• Load highway trucks with proper materials

• Conduct daily equipment inspections

• Uphold safety standards across all operations

• Support repairs to mobile screening plant as required

Requirements:

• Secondary school diploma or equivalent

• Experience in industrial plant or heavy equipment operation

• Specific mobile equipment training certifications

• Mechanical aptitude and basic computer literacy

• Must adhere to safety protocols and PPE guidelines
