Schaeffler Aerospace Canada Inc. is seeking a full-time Turning Machine Operator for its thriving team. The position requires an individual with CNC or equivalent machining experience, capable of meeting production standards while performing quality inspections. Working in a clean, climate-controlled environment, you'll solve production issues and maintain records efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC or manual turning equipment

• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues effectively

• Inspect own work quality to meet standards

• Record production data accurately in tracking systems

• Train other operators as required

Requirements:

• Grade 12 diploma or equivalent

• Experience as Grinding Set Up Operator or similar

• Ability to read and interpret production prints

• Adequate computer skills for production procedures

• Pass Canadian Controlled Goods Assessment
