Position: Steinbach Pharma Manufacturing Operator Needed
Location: Southeastern Manitoba (Lorette)

Become a vital part of our production team as a Manufacturing Operator in Steinbach, Manitoba.

Your role will encompass all aspects of pharmaceutical manufacturing while ensuring quality and regulatory compliance.

In this term position with a global pharmaceutical leader, you will work directly under the Manufacturing Supervisor. You will be responsible for manufacturing quality tablets and capsules, managing the accuracy of all records and documentation, as well as adhering strictly to good manufacturing practices. Training will be provided for machinery setups and maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manufacture pharmaceutical tablets and capsules

• Ensure accurate and complete documentation

• Operate machinery and conduct routine maintenance

• Perform machine adjustments with basic tools

• Follow cGMP and regulatory procedures diligently

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent required

• Previous manufacturing experience is an asset

• Basic English verbal and written skills

• Capacity to meet physical job demands

• Self-motivated with attention to detail
