Position: Masco Junior Manufacturing Engineer Role

As a Junior Manufacturing Engineer, you will engage in daily operations support, troubleshoot machinery, and collaborate on automation projects. Your work will involve optimizing production systems, drafting electrical specifications, and creating operator guides. Additionally, you will contribute to innovative designs and play a vital role in launching new programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide daily equipment support and troubleshooting

• Maintain control systems for various manufacturing cells

• Implement optimization and waste reduction strategies

• Assist in design documentation and project plans

• Develop operator work instructions and training content

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electromechanical Engineering

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a manufacturing setting

• Proficient in PLCs, robotics, and electrical schematics

• Experience with AutoCAD and Factory Talk

• Strong presentation and team collaboration skills
