Our client, a pioneering food manufacturing organization, is seeking a Manager, Research & Development to enhance its hard cheese portfolio. You will leverage your technical acumen to manage several product development projects effectively, guiding them from concept to commercialization. Close collaboration with various teams will be essential in executing innovations and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive new product innovations within the hard cheese category

• Manage R&D projects to meet business priorities and timelines

• Oversee research activities and plant trials for validation

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals

Requirements:

• University degree in Food Science or related field

• Minimum 10 years in food or dairy manufacturing
