Job Overview
Adecco is hiring full‑time Batch Operators to join our client's manufacturing team in Belleville, ON.
The role involves preparing and processing batches of juices, teas, and other beverages following strict quality and food safety regulations.
Pay Rate: $24.00/hour

Responsibilities
Create batches of juices, teas, or other beverages as required, ensuring product quality and integrity.
Accurately weigh and mix all ingredients as per formula requirements to consistently create product to specifications.
Dispose of ingredient containers in a clean and orderly manner to avoid product contamination.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues with equipment, devices, or products.
Maintain batch logs and documentation including procedures, batch records, inventory, productivity, changeover, and progress.
Measure weight and load ingredients following the appropriate formula.
Manage processing of product from batch tank through thermizer and UHT system to aseptic tank.
Perform simple calculations (e.g., ingredient quantities, batching cycles required).
Collaborate with the Quality Control team to ensure product integrity.
Comply with all rules and policies regarding health safety, occupational safety, environmental safety, food safety, legal regulations, and company requirements.
Comply with the Company's Integrated Management Systems, which includes Production, Quality, Food Safety, and GMP.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
The position is based in Belleville, and relocation will be required.
Grade 12 education or equivalent experience.
1‑3 years of experience in a related industry.
Aptitude for numbers and basic computer skills.
Attention to detail.
Ability to perform physically demanding work (lift up to 50 lbs).
Ability to work in an environment with variable temperatures.
Ability to stand on your feet for long periods of time.
Ability to work in a team environment with minimal supervision.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and have demonstrated problem‑solving skills.
Good mechanical and technical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment.
Previous related process/batching experience is an asset.
Valid forklift or electric pallet truck license is an asset.
Initially the work will be a day shift position, with expectation to work extended hours or weekend overtime as required. Position will become a rotating shift position as demand for our product grows.
Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
