This role focuses on providing technical support while investigating product variations and leading troubleshooting initiatives. You'll collaborate closely with manufacturing teams, enhancing existing processes to improve quality and reduce waste. Additionally, the position includes training plant staff and identifying cost-saving opportunities through ingredient substitutions and optimizations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead troubleshooting to reduce quality complaints

• Investigate product variations using scientific methods

Requirements:

• Post-secondary degree in Chemistry or Food Science

• 1+ years of Bakery R&D experience

• Strong analytical skills and decision-making abilities

• Mechanical aptitude for plant equipment

• Ability to travel nationwide (25% travel requirement)
