Join our team as a Production Team Member in our Stage 3 Packaging Department, where you’ll help prepare premium raw dog food that pet parents trust and dogs love.

This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys working with a close‑knit team, and prefers a night shift.

This role works Monday to Friday from 11 pm–7 am.

This role is eligible for a wage progression:
Starting rate is $21 /hour, $22 at 6 months, $23 at 12 months and annual reviews thereafter. This role is also eligible for Group Insurance Benefits, a Company Performance Bonus, Discounted Pet Food, Employee Events, and more.

What You’ll Do:

Be a key player on our packaging line, helping prepare finished goods through filling and packing.

Rotate through various stations to keep things fresh and dynamic.

Refill packaging materials and inspect products to ensure top‑notch quality and food safety.

Keep accurate records for traceability using HACCP forms.

Maintain a clean and safe workspace by following sanitation procedures.

Follow all GMPs, HACCP protocols, and health & safety guidelines.

Jump in to support other duties as needed – we’re all about teamwork!

What you Bring:

Comfort working with raw meat and in cool/cold environments.

Ability to lift 35–50 lbs and stay focused in a fast‑paced setting.

Strong attention to detail and great communication skills.

A flexible, team‑oriented mindset – we win together!
