Position: Produce Packer at Pure Flavor®
Location: Kent (Blenheim)

Become a key player in packing operations at Pure Hothouse Foods under the Pure Flavor® brand. As a General Labor – Packer, you'll focus on maintaining quality and safety standards in vegetable handling.

This position is crucial for ensuring that only the finest produce is packaged and delivered accurately to meet customer expectations. You will work in a collaborative environment, maintaining hygiene and reporting any quality control issues. Your commitment to food safety and efficiency will help drive our operations forward.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visually grade fresh vegetables for packing

• Ensure cleanliness of work spaces and equipment

• Communicate any product issues with supervisors

• Comply with GMPs and food safety practices

• Assist in maintenance of packing standards

Requirements:

• Preferred:
Secondary school diploma or equivalent

• No experience needed; packhouse operations knowledge is a plus

• Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices is advantageous

• Self-motivated with teamwork capability

• Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds regularly
