As a key member of the production team reporting to the Injection Supervisor, you will utilize your technical skills to set up, monitor, and troubleshoot injection molding processes. You will also create standardized work procedures and assist with mold changes, making your contribution vital for production efficiency. This role emphasizes attention to detail and collaboration within a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install dies based on work order specifications

• Set up molding machines and operate ancillary equipment

• Follow process parameters to achieve quality results

• Perform mold changes and use crane hoists as needed

• Maintain clear communication with team members during shifts

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required

• 1-3 months related technical experience

• Knowledge of mold making practices

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds regularly
