Position: Packaging Team Member - Night Shift at Big Country Pet Co.
Location: East Haldimand County (Waterdown)

Join Big Country Pet Co. as a Night Shift Packaging Team Member in Smithville, Ontario. Help prepare high-quality raw dog food in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

In this role within our Stage 3 Packaging Department, you'll work from 11 pm to 7 am, Monday through Friday. You'll rotate through various stations while ensuring adherence to GMPs and HACCP guidelines. This hands-on position plays a crucial role in supporting pet parents nationwide.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in filling and packing finished goods

• Rotate tasks to maintain variety in the workday

• Conduct quality inspections on packaging

• Document processes for traceability and compliance

• Follow health and safety sanitation protocols

Requirements:

• Experience working with raw meat preferred

• Capacity to lift 35–50 lbs in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent attention to detail and communication

• Collaborative team player with a flexible approach

• Comfort working in cool environments
