- Education:
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate - Experience:
Experience an asset Tasks - Examine logs and rough lumber to decide best lumber cuts
- Saw, trim and plane rough lumber into dressed lumber of various sizes
- Monitor logs and lumber movement to ensure cuts are made according to specifications
- Clean and lubricate sawmill equipment
- Report delays, mechanical problems and accidents
- Monitor machine during operation
- Prepare reports Work conditions and physical capabilities
