Slitter Operator in Manufacturing Plant

Location: Lambton (Forest)

Be an integral part of Carlisle's manufacturing team as a Slitter Operator. You will operate essential machinery to cut and package roofing products, all while ensuring safety and quality in our fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate slitting and packaging machinery for roofing products

• Support maintenance teams in troubleshooting equipment issues

• Conduct safety checks and validate product packaging

• Maintain high accuracy and urgency in work output

• Perform additional duties as directed by your Team Leader

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• 2-3 years of manufacturing experience

• Knowledge of WHMIS safety standards

• Ability to work rotating shifts

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
