Experienced Manufacturing Engineer - Automotive

This position supports clients in the automotive industry and requires extensive manufacturing engineering expertise. Candidates should have at least five years of experience in high-volume manufacturing, particularly within Tier 1 automotive facilities. You will develop and implement efficient manufacturing processes while leading continuous improvement initiatives and participating in equipment design and testing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and sustain optimized manufacturing processes

• Drive process improvement and operational excellence

• Establish production standards and parameters

• Lead Lean Manufacturing initiatives for efficiency

• Coordinate and validate equipment procurement

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in related engineering field

• Minimum 5 years of manufacturing engineering experience

• Expertise in automated assembly or robotics

• Proficient in CAD and ERP systems

• Strong analytical and project management skills
