Lead the Technical Operations at BIOVECTRA, a part of Agilent, where your skills will play a crucial role in the manufacture of pharmaceutical ingredients. Work at our cutting-edge facilities in Windsor, NS and Charlottetown, PEI to elevate production standards.

As Manager of Technical Operations, you will direct and mentor a team of production staff, ensure production alignment through technical oversight, and navigate the complexities of technology transfer. Your insights will influence project development phases and guide best practices to enhance operational excellence across processes. The position demands close collaboration with various teams to improve metrics and drive innovation in drug production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coach the production team for optimal output

• Directly supervise daily production activities

• Align technical decisions across Development and Operations

• Facilitate development and acceptance of SOPs for processes

• Engage in client collaborations and project inception

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Biochemistry

• Minimum 10 years in Pharmaceuticals

• At least 1 year in a leadership position

• Experience with manufacturing operations preferred

• Strong communication and organizational abilities
