The Non-Ferrous Receiver Labourer position at AIM Recycling entails receiving, sorting, and managing non-ferrous metals. Most duties occur indoors, with occasional outdoor tasks. Ideal candidates are reliable, proactive, and physically capable of performing manual labor while adhering to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers and adhere to procedures

• Unload, sort, inspect, and handle materials

• Identify and classify non-ferrous metals

• Weigh and organize incoming materials

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of site

Requirements:

• Experience in industrial or recycling environments (an asset)

• Familiarity with forklift operation (an asset)

• Knowledge of metal types (an asset)

• Good physical condition for manual work

• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
