We are looking for motivated individuals for the Truss Assembler role. You will be trained to assemble various wooden items and assist in packing and sorting materials. Your ability to focus on detail and perform repetitive tasks safely will be vital. This is a physically active role requiring manual dexterity and a commitment to quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Construct wood products such as ladders and pallets

• Package and sort materials efficiently

• Clean and maintain work areas and machines

• Weigh and check material quality

• Transport items within the plant manually

Requirements:

• No degree or experience necessary

• Required foot protection with steel-toed boots

• Capacity to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)

• Manual skills and attention to detail needed

• Effective verbal communication required
