Location: Ridgetown
MEDA Limited seeks a Manufacturing Engineer to enhance automotive manufacturing processes. Must be willing to travel both domestically and internationally without restrictions.
Candidates must possess extensive experience in high-volume manufacturing, particularly with Tier 1 automotive processes. The role involves developing, optimizing, and sustaining efficient manufacturing workflows while implementing safety, health, and environmental standards. You will also drive continuous improvement projects and collaborate with equipment suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and improve manufacturing workflows and tooling
• Monitor project timelines and budget development
• Participate in Advanced Product Quality Planning activities
• Support equipment installations and validation
• Execute process capability improvements
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or related field
• Over 5 years of experience in automotive manufacturing
• Subject matter expert in robotics or welding
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Skilled in data analysis and project management tools
