CNC Operator Night Shift

Our client, a leader in stone fabrication and manufacturing, is seeking a CNC Operator Night Shift to join their team. As a CNC Operator Night Shift, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a safety-conscious mindset, and a dependable work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.

Shift: Night Shift

What's the Job?

• Set up, calibrate, and operate a variety of CNC stone saws and cutting equipment according to job specifications and manufacturer guidelines.
• Load, run, and safely operate production machinery and related accessories during each shift.
• Translate detailed part drawings and production diagrams into precise cutting measurements and machine settings.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, cut lists, and production schedules to ensure accuracy.
• Monitor machine output hourly, making adjustments as needed to maintain quality and throughput.

What's Needed?

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work a full-time, 45-hour production schedule.
• Strong attention to detail and comfort working with numeric measurements and tolerances.
• Physically capable of performing heavy labor, including frequent lifting, standing, and manual material handling.
• Safety-conscious with the ability to work in an active warehouse environment with moving equipment and machinery.
• Willingness to learn; no prior CNC experience required as training is provided.
