As the Injection Moulding Manager, you will oversee all operational aspects of the department, leading a dedicated team to ensure safety, quality, and production goals. Your expertise in injection molding will drive improvements in productivity and reduce waste. Key Responsibilities:

• Direct daily operations of Injection Moulding processes

• Support continuous improvement and efficiency measures

• Train employees on safety and quality controls

• Create reports based on collected data analysis

• Ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

• Graduate from Community College or equivalent

• Over 7 years in the manufacturing sector, with supervisory experience

• Background in Injection Molding processes recommended

• Knowledge of IATF
16949 and ISO standards

• Proactive approach to problem-solving and team leadership
