CNC & Fabrication Lead

To meet the growing demand for our product we’re looking for a CNC & Fabrication Lead to take ownership of production flow across a wide range of advancedCNC technologies, lead a team of operators and team leads, and drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, and throughput.

This role is ideal for someone with strong manufacturing experience who enjoys solving problems on thefloor, optimizing processes, and developing people in a fast-paced CNC and fabrication environment.

• Lead daily production flowacross CNC laser, brake, and machining operations
• Coordinate labour, machinecapacity, and material flow to meet production targets
• Identify and resolvebottlenecks across cutting, forming, and machining processes
• Monitor production performance and adjust priorities to maintain schedule and quality
• Lead structured problem-solvingon quality issues and production disruptions
• Ensure safety standards and operating procedures are consistently followed
• Support training and development of operators and team leads
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve throughput, reduce waste, and stabilize processes

• Previous experience in amanufacturing environment, with leadership responsibility.
• Experience setting production plans and managing the plan versus actual performance.
• Previous CNC and fabrication experience would be considered an asset.
