Position: Lead Operator for Automotive Paint
Location: Palmerston

Join TG Minto Corporation as a Lead Operator in Paint, where you will support high-quality part production in the automotive industry during the night shift.

As a key player at TG Minto Corporation, your role as a Lead Operator will involve producing automotive parts within a fast-paced environment. You will be tasked with operating injection machines and monitoring production quality. This position allows for cross-training and offers vital growth opportunities across various production tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure quality standards by following work instructions

• Achieve hourly production quotas effectively

• Accurately document production each day

• Operate various injection machines and assembly stations

• Adhere to Health and Safety guidelines at all times

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED is a plus

• Capability to manage physical job demands

• Experience training staff in the Leader Tech’s absence

• Understanding of the Kanban system and 5S

• Available for night shift from 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM
