Our client is seeking a dependable Compounder – Manufacturing to manage a workstation within their manufacturing division. In this essential role, you will manufacture semi-finished products from raw ingredients according to strict customer formulas. As a Compounder – Manufacturing, your autonomy and compliance with GMP standards will keep our production flowing.

YOUR ROLE AS A COMPOUNDER
Reporting to the Manufacturing Supervisor, the compounder is responsible for
the complete support of his workstation for the manufacture of semi-finished
products. Using raw materials, it carries out production operations according to
manufacturing instructions and customer requirements (BCRs), complying with
quality, safety and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) standards. He ensures
the compliance of the product, the traceability of operations as well as the
maintenance, cleaning and refurbishment of his station in order to make it
available for the next product.

Responsibilities
A Day in the Life as a Compounder – Manufacturing:

Your responsibilities will include:

• Manufacturing semi-finished batches according to strict manufacturing instructions and customer requirements.

• Accurately weighing raw materials to ensure total formula compliance.

• Operating mixing machinery within established parameters and requesting materials via AS400.

• Completing accurate batch record documentation and pulling quality control samples.

• Cleaning, sanitizing, and preparing mixing equipment for upcoming production runs.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.

• Ability to lift loads of up to 45 lbs.

• Demonstrated ability to operate a forklift; valid certification or ability to obtain it.

• Basic computer skills (requisition systems, inventory tracking).

• Bilingualism in French and English, in order to communicate with certain team members and understand technical documentation mainly in English.
