At Maybell Quantum Industries, Inc., we are rapidly expanding our production group in the exciting field of quantum computing. We seek a Lead Manufacturing Engineer with extensive experience in manufacturing environments to lead hands-on assembly and fabrication efforts. This role involves enhancing quality systems and creating documentation to drive results effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and optimize production lines for dilution refrigerators

• Lead assembly teams for complex equipment fabrication

• Develop and improve manufacturing processes

• Implement quality and organizational systems

• Design jigs and equipment for improved production quality

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field

• 8+ years in manufacturing or production roles

• 3+ years leading a manufacturing line

• Exceptional project management skills

• Strong hands-on assembly and fabrication abilities
