Build exciting precision components at Kapco Metal Stamping as a Tool & Die Maker on 2nd shift in Grafton, WI. Utilize your expertise to help manufacture high-quality metal parts.

At Kapco Metal Stamping, we pride ourselves on innovation and quality. We are actively seeking a Tool & Die Maker with a Journeyman's Card and five-plus years of experience in progressive die construction. This role requires meticulous attention to detail in building, repairing, and maintaining dies while meeting rigorous specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Construct new and repair existing dies and fixtures

• Execute precise machining and bench operations

• Perform regular maintenance on all tooling

• Verify print and quality specifications compliance

• Complete additional responsibilities as assigned

Requirements:

• 2-year trade program or equivalent preferred

• Hold a valid Journeyman’s Card

• 5+ years’ experience in metal stamping

• Ability to lift materials up to 50 lbs

• Excellent attention to detail
