Production Associate Forklift

Position: Production Associate with Forklift Experience
Location: Renfrew County and Lanark Highlands Township (Deep River)

Our client located in Peterborough is currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented  Production Associate with Forklift Experience  to join their production team. In this role, you will assist in the fabrication and processing of custom insulation products while ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety standards are maintained.

Pay Range: $20.50 to $24.50per hr
What’s the Job?

Assist with the operation of CNC equipment used for cross-cutting and fabricating tapered insulation products

Lay out materials according to custom cutting specifications and production requirements

Handle and process heavy insulation materials

Support the accurate coding and labeling of cut products for seamless roof assembly

Operate a counterbalance forklift to move materials safely throughout the facility

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area, including end-of-day station cleanup

Follow all workplace health and safety procedures

What’s Needed?

Ability to read and accurately use a tape measure and interpret imperial measurements

Experience reading AutoCAD drawings and understanding technical layouts

Previous experience operating a counterbalance forklift

Strong ability to work independently and as part of a team

Capable of performing in a fast-paced environment and demonstrating initiative when required

Safe and confident in the operation of hand and power tools

CNC operation experience is considered a strong asset
