Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee installation and qualification of manufacturing test fixtures

• Identify and fix process and equipment-related issues

• Analyze equipment performance data for improvements

• Participate in validation and equipment qualification activities

• Train staff on standardized operational practices

Requirements:

• Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related field

• Three years of experience in a manufacturing setting

• Strong skills in troubleshooting and analysis

• Background in continuous improvement methodologies

• Capability to interpret technical documents and schematic drawings
