Key Responsibilities:

• Load/unload trucks and receive grain efficiently

• Operate grain dryers and forklifts skillfully

• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of facility equipment

• Manage silo inventory and maintain paperwork accurately

• Provide attentive customer support throughout the grain season

Requirements:

• Comfortable working at heights and lifting up to 50 lbs

• Familiarity with technology and electrical panels

• Required Full G driver's license for operations

• Basic conversational English for reporting and safety

• Knowledge of plant machinery safety practices
