Aerospace Manufacturing Generalist

Position: Aerospace Manufacturing Generalist Needed
Location: Goffs

This role requires a minimum of 2 years’ experience in manufacturing and a solid technical background, preferably in aerospace or automated settings. The focus will be on meeting daily goals while supporting continuous process improvement and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Setup, monitor, and troubleshoot equipment in manufacturing

• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives using CORE tools

• Create and maintain effective standard operating procedures

• Support compliance and safety initiatives on site

• Assist in training staff and documentation maintenance

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing

• Technical diploma in engineering or equivalent

• Aerospace or automation experience is preferred

• Strong command of English

• Must possess eligibility to work in Canada
