Position: Evening Steel Welder Fitter at Imperial Metal

Join Imperial Metal as a Structural Steel Welder/Fitter on the evening shift, where opportunity for growth is abundant. Work four 10-hour shifts and be part of an engaging team.

This role focuses on fabricating and assembling structural steel with precision, ensuring that every project adheres to specifications. You will work closely with design drawings and collaborate with the workshop foreman to resolve any issues. Your approach should be humble, and you will need to maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to all safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret design drawings accurately

• Collaborate with foreman on design and material challenges

• Plan and cut materials for cost-effective assembly

• Produce assemblies per drawing specifications

• Organize and label parts clearly

Requirements:

• Certified experience in welding and fitting steel

• Ability to read design drawings effectively

• Positive, humble, and team-oriented demeanor
