Custom Machine Shop Tool Operator

Become a critical part of a custom machine shop as a Custom Machine Tool Operator. You will use your CNC expertise to produce high-quality machined components daily.

This full-time, permanent role requires a secondary school graduation certificate alongside 1 to 2 years of experience operating CNC machinery. Your duties will include verifying product dimensions, ensuring quality control, and conducting maintenance on machinery. Organizational skills and attention to detail are pivotal for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC machines to perform machining operations

• Validate part dimensions using measuring devices

• Maintain and service machinery routinely

• Input toolpath codes for CNC operations

• Keep your workspace clean and safe

Requirements:

• Secondary school certificate or equivalent experience

• 1+ years' experience with CNC machinery

• Must have Machinist Trade Certification

• WHMIS Certification required

• Ability to lift over 45 kg (100 lbs)
