Position: Manufacturing Supervisor at CPM Holdings

Lead the manufacturing team at CPM Holdings, Inc. as a Production Supervisor. Ensure quality standards, optimize processes, and improve team performance in a thriving manufacturing environment.

As a Manufacturing Supervisor, you'll work under the Plant Manager's guidance overseeing all operational aspects of production. Your focus will revolve around managing resources effectively across shifts, driving lean manufacturing initiatives, and maintaining a culture of continuous improvement. Reporting on key metrics such as scrap and production output will be essential to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of manufacturing processes

• Drive lean manufacturing and 5S compliance

• Monitor safety protocols and ensure team safety

• Collaborate with maintenance for equipment uptime

• Introduce and support new product processes

Requirements:

• Knowledge of blueprint design and manufacturing processes

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Experience with cost-saving initiatives

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
