Production Associate

Adecco is currently hiring a Production Associate for our client in Brockville, ON. This opportunity is ideal for mechanically inclined individuals who enjoy working with manufacturing equipment, troubleshooting production issues, and contributing to a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Whether your background is in production, warehouse, industrial operations, or machine operation, this role offers an excellent opportunity to build hands-on technical skills with a leading employer.

• Pay Rate: $23.98 per hour

• Location: Brockville, ON

• Shift: 12-hour rotating continental shifts (days, nights, and every other weekend)

• Job type: Temporary | Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently.

• Perform quality inspections and ensure products meet specifications.

• Assist with equipment setup, changeovers, and production adjustments.

• Troubleshoot minor machine and process issues.

• Complete production records and documentation.

• Support Lean Manufacturing and 5S initiatives.

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

• Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals.

Qualifications and Skills:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

• Ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts.

• Manufacturing, warehouse, production, or industrial experience preferred.

• Forklift/PIV experience is an asset.

• Strong attention to detail and safety.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
