Farm Grain Elevator Operator

Location: Brandon Region (Killarney)

Manage stored grain across two elevators near Carberry, Manitoba, using equipment operation, math, and communication skills. Training is provided.
Mid-Man Farms Ltd seeks an operator for grain elevators at Harte and Gregg. The work involves managing grain stored after harvest, operating the grain cleaner, and loading grain out through the year. This can be full time with elevator maintenance and repair duties, or part time for the right person.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage grains stored in elevators at Harte and Gregg
Load grain into elevators during harvest
Load stored grain out throughout the year
Operate the grain cleaner
Maintain and repair elevator equipment
Requirements:
Farm background or experience with various farm equipment
Ability to operate equipment safely
Experience repairing and maintaining buildings and equipment
Valid driver's license;
Class 1 preferred
Good communication and math skills
Support Mid-Man Farms Ltd with safe grain management, equipment maintenance, and seasonal elevator operations at Harte and Gregg.
