In the position of Production Administrator, you will facilitate timely and accurate flow of information to support the production team. The role requires strong computer skills and excellent communication abilities, as you'll coordinate with production leads and manage inventory effectively. With a focus on detail-oriented tasks, you will also be involved in shipping documentation and quality control processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate daily with production leads

• Coordinate Bill of materials and inventory tracking

• Manage receiving and purchase order processing

• Update production schedules regularly

• Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of administrative experience

• Strong IT and Excel skills, Sage experience preferred

• High School Diploma/GED or higher

• Ability to work with minimal supervision

• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
