Drive strategic growth as a Consumer Market Insights Manager with Not Your Mother’s Haircare in Tampa, FL. Utilize your analytical expertise to reveal consumer trends and retail performance.

This role will have you at the forefront of generating insights that inform marketing strategies and brand direction. You'll lead the interpretation of complex datasets, including point-of-sale and market data, to identify performance drivers and growth opportunities for both products and categories. Work closely with cross-functional teams to promote a data-first culture throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver data-driven insights that guide business decisions

• Monitor key performance indicators for brand health

• Collaborate with teams to enhance data accessibility

• Manage external research agency relationships for insights

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years in relevant analytics or research roles
