Blazesoft is a prominent global gaming and digital entertainment company seeking a performance marketing expert. You will own user acquisition across various client accounts, tracking ROAS, CPR, and first-time deposit targets. Collaboration with our in-house creative team and exposure to senior leadership will be key for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage user acquisition performance across client accounts

• Set and monitor performance targets with clients

• Launch and optimize campaigns via Meta, Tik Tok, Google

• Allocate multi-million-dollar budgets across channels

• Maintain rigorous A/B testing frameworks for optimal results

Requirements:

• Minimum five years in performance marketing

• Proven management of large media budgets

• Expertise in Meta Ads, including account scaling

• Knowledge of conversion tracking and attribution

• Strong analytical skills for data assessment
