In this pivotal role, you will set the strategic direction and implement end-to-end marketing outreach processes. Your focus on data will enable you to optimize the marketing funnel and develop targeted messaging for distinct audiences. You'll collaborate closely with marketing leadership to enhance customer experiences and ensure compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage the email marketing program

• Define audience segments and their journeys

• Ensure compliance with CASL and CAN-SPAM

• Own Hub Spot processes and functions

• Maintain lead data accuracy to enhance trust

Requirements:

• 4+ years of email marketing or lifecycle marketing experience

• Hands-on Hub Spot or similar platform proficiency

• Understanding of Canadian anti-spam laws

• Experience with lead generation processes

• Proven ability to build results-driven email programs
