Position: Assistant Coordinator for Victim Services
Location: La Ronge

Join North Sask Victim Services Inc. as an Assistant Coordinator to provide essential support in Deschambault Lake. Lead volunteer efforts and manage victim assistance services tied to the local RCMP.

This full-time role focuses on delivering high-quality service to victims of crime while ensuring smooth program management. You will recruit, train, and supervise volunteers, directly impacting community support. Collaboration with community partners will be key to enhancing the service outreach and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the overall management of the Victim Service program

• Train and supervise volunteers in service delivery

• Collaborate with community organizations for improved victim support

• Provide direct assistance to victims in the police area

• Write and interpret reports for effective program oversight

Requirements:

• Completion of security clearance by RCMP

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Proficiency in organizational and problem-solving tasks

• Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle

• Experience in northern Saskatchewan environments

Contribute to social justice and enhance community safety as an Assistant Coordinator.
