This opportunity under the SHARE project targets economic resilience through social and private sector engagement. As a volunteer, you will assess skill needs, lead capacity-building workshops, and foster connections between disadvantaged groups and local businesses. Your contributions will greatly impact market-driven skills development for women and youth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments of local businesses for skill gaps

• Organize capacity-building workshops for economic facilitation

• Develop strategic partnerships to enhance employment

• Establish a monitoring framework for competitive outcomes

• Train partners on data analysis for program improvement

Requirements:

• Relevant university degree required

• Minimum 5 years experience in similar projects

• Knowledge of economic development in Peru

• Awareness of gender and inclusion strategies

• Ability to work within intercultural teams
