Bethel Church Youth Ministry Leader

Location: Central Foothills (Sundre)

Transform lives at Bethel Church as the Pastor of Youth Ministry, guiding youth towards spiritual formation and community service. This full-time position reports directly to the Lead Pastor.

The Pastor of Youth Ministry will oversee a thriving ministry, connecting with over 100 students along their faith journeys. Essential duties include fostering discipleship through personal relationships, developing innovative programs, and managing a volunteer leadership team. Additionally, you'll provide familial support and spiritual guidance while reaching out to youth in Carstairs, AB.

Key Responsibilities:

• Nurture youth spiritual development and identity

• Organize and lead youth events and retreats

• Connect youth with families and the broader community

• Mentor volunteer youth leaders and empower them

• Explore outreach strategies for local youth engagement

Requirements:

• Proven experience in youth ministry leadership

• Educational background in ministry preferred
