Position: Youth Services Lead with YMCA
Location: Central Newfoundland (Bishops Falls)

Drive growth in youth and employment initiatives as the Youth Services Lead at the YMCA. Oversee staff and nurture vital community partnerships at Y2C.

In this dynamic role, you will develop and implement youth programs aligned with YMCA’s mission. You will lead the recruitment and training of staff while ensuring that all programs meet the highest operational quality. Fostering partnerships with regional nonprofits and organizations will support the long-term success of the Y2C programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and coordinate all youth programming activities

• Recruit and manage staff and volunteers for Y2C

• Build partnerships with community organizations and funders

• Ensure operational targets are consistently met at Y2C

• Create timely reports showcasing community impact

Requirements:

• Experience in community service program management

• Strong organizational and leadership skills

• Effective communicator with team collaboration experience
