Become a vital leader at Faith Fellowship Baptist Church as a full-time Children’s & Youth Pastor. Oversee ministries while inspiring our youth and children to grow in their faith.

Faith Fellowship Baptist Church seeks a dedicated individual for the Children’s & Youth Pastor role. This full-time position focuses on providing leadership, discipleship, and mentorship for the church's children and youth. You'll work directly with the Senior Pastor and play a crucial role in church administration, ensuring youth engagement through active participation in services and community outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and develop children’s and youth ministries

• Implement discipleship and mentorship strategies

• Motivate youth engagement and team building

• Participate in planning and administrative meetings

• Collaborate with Senior Pastor and church leadership

Requirements:

• Strong faith and commitment to Jesus Christ

• Experience in youth ministry or similar roles

• Ability to lead by example and inspire others

• Strong communication and team-building skills

• A passion for nurturing young believers in their faith
