Springside Baptist Church, comprising about 150 devoted members, is actively looking for a Lead Pastor. Our ideal candidate should possess a strong theological foundation and a genuine love for God and people. This role emphasizes collaboration, spiritual nurturing, and the ability to inspire others in a thriving, multi-generational church environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preach biblically informed, transformative messages

• Shape and lead the spiritual vision of the church

• Counsel, mentor, and care for church members

• Strengthen teams of staff and volunteers through support

• Participate actively in community outreach efforts

Requirements:

• Solid biblical/theological background with educational credentials

• Previous experience in pastoral ministry preferred

• Driven by a strong sense of mission and calling

• Gifts in relational ministry and community involvement

• Personal integrity aligned with scriptural standards
