Position: Inspiring Lead Pastor Focusing on Growth and Community Service
Location: Southwestern Manitoba (Virden)

Assume the role of Lead Pastor to deliver powerful biblical teaching and foster spiritual engagement. Provide pastoral care, lead strong ministries, and mentor future leaders.

As Lead Pastor, your role will be pivotal in guiding a vibrant congregation while providing quality spiritual leadership. A degree in theology is preferred along with experience in church leadership. Alignment with essential doctrines is needed to effectively champion outreach and community involvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preach and teach strong, biblically grounded messages

• Provide spiritual leadership and care to the congregation

• Mentor and disciple emerging leaders

• Equip the congregation for various ministries

• Strengthen community outreach and involvement

Requirements:

• Degree in theology or pastoral ministry preferred

• Required alignment with church doctrine

• Strongly preferred previous pastoral leadership experience

• Credentialed or able to achieve credentialing

• Proven leadership abilities to inspire growth
