Pastor for Adult Ministry at Hope Church

Location: Central Patricia

Join Hope Church Parry Sound as the Associate Pastor dedicated to adult ministry. This position empowers adults to deepen their faith and engage in church activities and Life Groups.

In this full-time role, you'll work alongside the Lead Pastor to lead adults in their spiritual journeys. The focus will be on fostering biblical community and developing leadership through teaching and pastoral care. Your leadership will be instrumental in helping church members discover their spiritual gifts and contribute actively to the church's mission.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide adults through discipleship and engagement

• Facilitate Life Groups for community building

• Offer pastoral care to individuals and families

• Teach biblical principles effectively and connect with learners

• Promote leadership development within the church

• Strong relational skills and spiritual maturity

• Experience in adult discipleship and ministry roles
