Become a guiding force for youth at Bergfeld Mennonite Church in Manitoba. This full-time youth pastor role is centered on discipleship, mentoring, and church involvement.

Bergfeld Mennonite Church is seeking a passionate youth pastor to work with approximately 30 youth, helping them develop their faith. Key responsibilities include planning weekly youth meetings, organizing retreats, and leading mission trips that encourage youth participation. The successful candidate will share a strong personal faith in Jesus and possess the necessary leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mentor youth through engaging weekly meetings

• Organize impactful retreats and mission trips

• Encourage active involvement of youth in church life

• Lead a team of youth sponsors for support

• Engage in overall church leadership and growth

Requirements:
