This full-time position is vital to the Development team at Teen Challenge Canada. You will be responsible for fundraising efforts and raising awareness about the programs available for substance addiction recovery. Your initiatives will help reduce financial barriers for individuals seeking help, and your proactive nature will be essential in coordinating various events and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate fundraising events and logistics

• Foster community awareness about substance recovery programs

• Support and inspire the Development team in initiatives

• Help reduce financial barriers for individuals in recovery

• Maintain effective communication with stakeholders and volunteers

Requirements:

• Experience in event coordination and fundraising

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Passion for helping individuals in recovery

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Full-time availability to meet event schedules
