Collaborating closely with the Director of Care, you will help enhance care protocols and respond effectively to changes in residents' health. This RN position is integral to fostering a supportive, community-oriented atmosphere for both residents and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct and manage nursing staff daily activities

• Collaborate with healthcare team and external partners

• Ensure accurate documentation and reporting in resident charts

• Oversee medication administration and treatment processes

• Lead shift reports to keep team updated

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is required

• Valid provincial nursing registration and compliance

• Prior experience in long-term care or geriatrics

• Understanding of healthcare regulations and standards

• Strong leadership and communication skills
