As part of the home nursing team at Foam Lake Health Centre, you'll engage in all phases of health care. We're looking for a dedicated LPN who has a Practical Nursing diploma and is driven to educate clients regarding their health. Your ability to collaborate in a multi-disciplinary team while also being able to work independently will be essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote health and healing for patients and residents

• Educate clients in all aspects of health care

• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary health care team

• Conduct assessments and deliver patient care

• Provide support and leadership in nursing tasks

Requirements:

• Diploma in Practical Nursing required

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) designation

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and in a team

• Valid driver’s license as needed
